Are you eating more than you think? Sometimes we get slack with tracking and start those bites, licks and tastes? Are you eating more processed foods (full of sodium) than normal? Are you drinking water? Are you being active or did you start any new activities (muscles retain water to help them heal which can show on the scale as temporary gain). Could it be hormones, medications, extra stress, lack of sleep, etc. So many things effect the water weight fluctuations in our bodies. Your gains have been past week, so it's something that's effecting you in the past week or so. Stay hydrated and check caloric intake. You need less calories as you lose weight to keep losing or you need to increase activity level to burn more calories.
