kept wthin my target intake almost last night, would have made it if I had skipped the cider. also kept my output above my intake by at least 150kcal, which is a fine amount, and was ignoring extra amounts that I may have burnt as well. I do wonder how many cushion calories they work in to their numbers.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
