Not as much progress this week as I had hoped, but slow and steady wins the race! Week 2 will be rough because I have to travel for work, but I'll do the best I can.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
