Ate well. Carbs are high due to drinking with Nikki in town. Still keep them below 75g. Excited to break 170 this week! Maybe tomorrow. Next weigh in is Wed...
170.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
