I officially start my getting healthy lifestyle today. I listed a weight of 200 pounds yesterday when I became a member. However, that was my weight fully dressed. My weight of 196 today is the actual weight I will use. So the 4 pounds were just clothes, jewelry, and shoes. :)
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
