katies71's Journal, 13 March 2019

Thanks again for all the messages. I really needed every single one of them. So thank you!! I am trying to get better. I am on my second round of antibiotics which is pretty typical for me. It usually only takes two so I'm hopeful that this means that I will start feeling better soon. I am also going to talk to my therapist Friday and let her know that I can't go this long between sessions. We are going to have to "up the dosage" and hope for the best (my insurance company has cut me off at just 2 more sessions so we were increasing the amount of time between visits while she attempted to get them to change their minds). This clearly did not work. But if I can get rid of the infections I've got going on then maybe the other stuff will come back. So I'm going to try again today to log everything I eat and I will be walking again today so that I can get back to losing!!

My thought for the day...Losing does not equal loser (why is there not a "does not equal" sign on the keyboard?? I clearly need one!)

Your absolutely right. Losing does not always equal loser sometimes it means your a WINNER and Katie you are a winner in this losing weight fight. Keep reminding yourself that. You have accomplished so much already. You might have more to do but the hardest part is over - starting. Slow and steady wins the race and your fs friends are always here for you.
