Awesome day! Had a nice run in the morning about 2.5 miles, then a very good day at work. It was exciting to then see at the end of the day that my calories were below 2,000 about 1,970 for the day. That felt good, although there were times I was very hungry, I managed to fight through it and maintain discipline. That was awesome!
