According to FatSecret, yesterday was a "Perfect" day. What the metrics don't say is that 60% of my intake was done at 8pm after working out. That explains why my weight is up 3lbs the next morning.
164.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
