I am thinking about changing diets in order to break the pattern I've gotten in. May change to the Atkins diet for a while. Need something to kick it back in to fat burning mode.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
