Getting there slowly. Back to almost Paleo with dairy and legumes on the odd occasion. A few more kg’s and I should fit back into most of my wardrobe. Yay!
168.7 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
