Feeling tired today just started TOM for the second time this month so that's really frustrating! I'm gonna go workout now... the heat is in the 90's today and kicking my butt!
275.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
