Am starting a diet today! I have been married for a year, and dated my husband for 2 1/2 years before we got married! I weighed 120 when we met!!! and I have gained 20 lbs since then.... YIKES! we have our one year anniversary coming up and I want to lose at least back to the 130 that I was when we got married! My current weight is 138! I think I am going to do low carb... i have to do something, as I do not have the will power to eat whatever i want and just count carlories.. I am out of control!
