Day 69, Month 3: I've been hovering around 173.5 for about a month. I'm not creating enough of a calorie deficit, too many carbs, not enough water. Time to dial in my nutrition
173.7 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
