Finally lost my first 5 lbs. I felt great this morning. Very proud of my sucess. Now I just hate food in general, nothing is appealing and even though I hungry I have no desire to eat. Of course Im eating anyway. Cant wait to loose 5 more. I have a long term goal but the short term ones are much more rewarding.
