I’ve been doing really well tracking my food intake & making healthy choices. The first couple of days were hard because I think I had to stay hungry because my stomach size was probably enlarged ha ha! That and making healthy snack choices and not eating my kids leftover food!
145.8 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1770 kcal Fat: 54.46g | Prot: 110.45g | Carb: 214.96g.   Breakfast: Chobani A Hint of Madagascar Vanilla & Cinnamon, Honeycrisp Apples, Bananas. Lunch: Heinz Mayonnaise Packet, American Cheese, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Cobblestone Mill Philly Style Hoagie Rolls. Dinner: Papa John's 16" Original Crust Pizza - Cheese , Saltine Crackers, Culver's Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad with Grilled Chicken, Culver's Chicken Noodle Soup. Snacks/Other: Fuji Apples. more...
