I just started this journey on here yesterday but I first started to watch my calorie intake and uped my exercise routine October second. I started at a total weight of 210 pounds and I'm very happy to say I have lost 18 pounds total to date. I have 62 more pounds to loose to reach my goal.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
