Just got into this posting stuff. Anyway.....i tried loadsa diets but in the last few months realised its all about calories. Seems to be going OK. If I cut out Scotch it'd be so much easier!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
