Been to see a Nutritionist. Not very happy and fighting it (mostly), but the weight is coming off. Slowly getting my head back in the game. For a while it seemed too much effort to even plan meals, so rather happy to be in this space now.
Eating more fish than I thought was possible 🤢. Still not a fan.
