Back up in weight. Didn't eat loads last night, but I did have a sizable lunch and I am drinking lots of water. Don't know if it's retention or what. I'm definitely seeing more muscle mass gains, so I think the weight is in part that too, so it's hard to judge the fat/muscle differences.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
