196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah,losed another pound! I guess a little exercise really does make a difference. This site still shows me gaining 1.8 lbs I guess it will till I lose what I gained. I pray it will be another good day I pray for stength,luck and motivation for us all
