Yesterday was very good. I ate well all day and even did a good job when my family came up to our house for the afternoon and supper. I was only down two tenths but it felt good. I decided I have to cut more calories. I have the current goal intake set at 2200 but I need to drop that to a flat 2000 in order to make my goal by the triathlon. It is going to difficuly but in order to change there should be some level of discomfort involved.
260.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
