Today i did 40 mins of exercise.

20mins treadmill uphill
20 mins weight machines
10mins walking on track

didn't keep up with water
sleep about 5 hours today
229.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week
