Judging by my soreness from the bodyrock.tv workouts, this weight increase is all muscle, so i'm okay with it! ;)
152.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Actually, it takes weeks/months for women to gain an actual pound in muscle. What you are most likely experiencing is your muscles retaining water to help them heal. It can show on the scale as a gain, no loss or small loss. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. I went on a long bike ride once and gained 4 pounds in water weight the next day. It went away with the soreness.
