Same Stuff having lunch dinner breafkast only having chlorella as supplement in morning empty stomach .And liversyrup after meals also occasional cycle ride most of the time avoiding junk food or not at all .only 120 gm total rice for the day.at most.Very Difficult to control weight from my experience.Need to improve metabolism.Remembering the times i was 65 kg how difficult was that time to maintain i mean 15 km cycling daily to maintain.you can see how hard work it takes to reduce .
