Sticking more to my diet and exercise plan paid off. I have lost the 4 lbs I gained last week. It could be that the spike in weight I experienced could just be normal fluctuation but, nevertheless, it is good to know that I am (seemingly) back on track.
Will need to continue to stay focused.
