Felt I'd got stuck second half of week but can't complain at 3 lbs over the week. Still positive and enjoying the diet. No real slip ups in 7 weeks been doing it and really feeling the benefit. Starting to look at my stomach in the mirror and having thoughts of exercise and body shaping. All good stuff.
