Yesterday I did not eat under goal due to late night snacking on chocolate candy. I ate at 103% of goal, I exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up.1%

Yesterday was the first time my weight in the "Blue" in a week and a half. I don't consider it as big deal as when I was trying to loose weight. I'm trying to focus on body fat, body fat and body fat...
Lift Day!!!
155.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
