help!!I'm lost again. gained.... and Lost..... where do I go from here? ughhhh I feel the weight... and it's holding me back. I have a best life somewhere but I'm def... NOT living it right now!!!
243.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
