Not been around much as we've had a bereavement in the family. It was kind of expected but everything is still very surreal and we're all sad obviously.

I'm sure things will return to some kind of normality after the funeral next Tuesday. Weight is OK at the moment but not top of my priorities as you can imagine.

Hope everyone's doing ok.

171.2 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
