This was kind of a tough plateau for me around 190. Mixing up the exercise again and eating lots of nutritious foods. I believe the 190s are forever gone. Two critical trips coming up: two days in Chicago-- at least my office is on the 15th floor so I can climb stairs... then a week in France with sinful food...
