Wow, I'm doing really good. I feel great. I had eye surgery and didn't exercise for a while. BUt I kept eating correctly. I love miso soup. My goal is 125 and I'm getting very very close. Next phase, keeping it off. I will have a regular exercise routin and eat balanced meals and not eat late unless starving and even then I'll eat something very lite, like miso soup. It's so good and never gives me weight gain in the morning when I eat it late when I need to eat. People are noticing my weight loss and complementing me. I love it. I feel good. I really do. Thank you Jesus. When I gained weight the last time I allowed people to "hurt my feelings" (people who were close to me - my mom, ex-boyfriend) stress at work didn't give me time to "think" about my own health and body and overall being. NOW STOP! I will and always will take measures to set boundaries and take care of my self ;) WHen the stress of life happens I will first pray and then take care of me and respond in a loving, healthy way to myself and the situation and others.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
