Lord, I'm glad last week is OVER! It was so stressful, pms, car problems and a migraine. Missed work Friday and with all of this weight gain! NOW, this week, I'm back on track. When I got on the scale this morning, I was happy and surprized really. I ate some miso soup "right" before bed and went to sleep. Was tired and hungry.... I'm 129.8 now! In the twenties and I feel great. I need to beef up the exercise though now that I'm not pms and hormonal and feel heavy. Will be at my goal of 125 probably by Nov 1st... Just considering the ups and downs of life, that's all, but also want to be patient with myself. Amen thank you Jesus.
