Maybe I shouldn't be weighing in this soon but was so happy with the numbers on the scale this a.m that I wanted to document it. While the scale is only a portion of my journey this weight-in has really boosted my attitude. My committment is already high and this has affirmed that I am doing very well and going in the right direction. Encouragement is always a good thing and this is so encouraging. Forward Motion!
246.8 lb Lost so far: 93.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 October 2012:
1434 kcal Fat: 38.68g | Prot: 33.70g | Carb: 255.27g.   Breakfast: garden cream cheese, bagel thins , decaf coffee, vanilla almond awake great value. Lunch: feta cheese, triple chocolate 150 calorie cup sara lee, celery, fat free dressing, lettuce. Dinner: yogurt parfait mcdonalds, sugar free strawberry preserves smuckers, 12 grain whole grain bread brownberry. Snacks/Other: Banana Bread IV, orange. more...
