Had a lot of food late last night, still think that pushes my early morning weigh ins up. Regardless, These new work outs don't seem terribly tougher but their length pushes me much further into muscle fatigue and it kills me. That's what hurts. So far they're 700-800 calorie workouts. Doing those 6 days a week ought to see some great results.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
