I have had some major slip-ups recently, being that it is summertime and I just want to chill out and enjoy myself!
My boyfriend and I went for ice cream the other night and it was to die for! Yummmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And his ordering pizza ended up with me eating like all of it.... Grrr, that food needs to stay outta the house!
And I had my monthly p.m.s. chocolate binge last night- a Snickers bar AND a York Peppermint Patty! Eh, hormones are a bitchm arn't they?
But otherwise, I have loaded up the fridge with good stuff- fruits and veggies.... So I can't go wrong there!

Get up, dust off, chin up and back at it!! The key is getting back to it with a slip up, and moving on. Beating yourself up about it will do no good, learn and try again. You're doing GREAT! Keep at it!
