I had 2 major mishaps this past month. A few weeks in a donut and a piece of pita bread to follow it up since I already blew it that day. Then a piece of cake on my brothers birthday. The cake was more of an obligatory cheat to make my sister in law feel like I was participating because I already brought my own Carb Zero pasta for the dinner she made. These being 1 week apart really put the skids on and I had to get fat adapted all over again. I'm now back in large ketosis and have no intention of blowing it again for quite awhile!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
