The bad habits I have been falling back into given the stressful period in my life have finally caught up with me. I have gained back 4 lbs.

This is highly frustrating and demotivating. How can you maintain a health self-balance when work and personal issues keep interfering with your life? *Sigh*

Need to refocus and get back on track.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
