lol - and lol on the comment. About those raisons - not worried about the weight gain - they uh.. cleaned me out and left me with a burbly stomach. I'm still actually losing, but I'm not trying at this point - so I'm keeping an eye on it. This happened to me last time - I stopped watching what I ate, but kept on losing. I figure - the best bet is to continue to exercise (after I finish the thesis of doom) and eat healthy food, avoid junk and empty calories and excessive amounts of fat. All in all - I'm not too worried, but I miss having muscle tone and I'm dreading going back and seeing how long it will take to get back to where I was in terms of fitness. But sometimes - a man's got a do, what a man's gotta do and pecs and abs be damned :P.
