I have a nutrition appointment set for 2/14. I've found it a lot harder to keep on track this year than I did last year. I don't know if the motivation is gone or what my issue is. I'm also breaking up with my current therapist on 2/18 and will be seeing my new one on 3/7. There have been quite a few breakdowns in the last 6 months and not being able to see someone but once in those 6 months just doesn't cut it. I started something new, something I never ever thought I'd try but it seems to help with my anxiety. I feel more even, if that makes sense. I don't feel so up and down, just kinda chill. I guess, for right now, my goal is to maintain as much as possible and try to work on what is causing me to be so unmotivated. Mental illness sucks and it sucks even more when you don't have a proper diagnosis.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
