sore today..ran/walked for about 20 mins but then it started to rain and get too wet..i'm trying not to weigh myself everyday..so i won't be discouraged..i don't see myself losing too much weight, but i want to try and be patient about this..i hope i can hold on and get to my goal..
133.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

O my I feel your pain with the rain thing. I do Turbo Jam in the morning/afternoon and after I finished I still had SOOOOOOO much energy so I decided to walk. I said I was going to walk from my house to like the next major light which is like 12 block away and then walk back (about 2 miles roundtrip) but when i got there I was still pumped up so I said I would go east another 5 blocks and then go back south and circle back around home, but when I got there I was like well Walmart is just another couple of blocks up so I walked to Walmart got a powerade and headed back home and right as i was leaving Walmart here comes the rain. I barely got to a bus stop to stand under but that did not help much i still got wet. so I was stranded about 2 miles away from my house for like 30 mins before I was like this is not going to let up. I guess the only good thing about it was it made me get in a little bit of a run. Than guess what 5 min later after I decided to make a run for it. IT STOPS RAINING!!! Just my look. I will make sure I check the weather next time....KEEP SMASHING!!!

The main thing is that you are trying I also went for a walk this evening when my daughter was at a club I got totally soaked in the rain. I just hope I don't get ill. Tonight was a night I COULD HAVE DONE WITH SOME CHOCOLATE!!!

Make sure you stretch REALLY, really good after you walk or do any kind of work out. You will be a little sore but It will not be that bad and it feels soooooo good. I thought I would not be able to move today because I did 3 sessions of Turbo Jam (Learn & Burn, 20 Minute, and Ab Jam), I rode my bike 10 miles, and I had dance practice last night.(I have to make sure I eat enough substance during the day on dance practice days because I was about to pass out and I piged out on tuna and crackers when I got home at around 10pm and I do not like to eat that late.) Anyway back to what I was saying I strecthed really good even when I was laying in bed I was pointing and flexing my feet/toes to strech my legs and I do not feel that bad. I am about to go riding in like an hour. your body will get use to it if you keep going.
