Ahhhh! here I go again. a new high since last year. what is wrong w me! the next 40 days are mine. I will get back in the 220s. today has been alright. its always days 3 on that are a struggle.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
