I have realized that my body doesn't want sugar. So from now on no cheat day chocolate, even it's just one piece. I am happy that I didn't gain though.
255.7 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
