Despite high caloric and high protein intake yesterday, my weigh is the same. Today is a rest day and tomorrow starts the first day of "Max Interval Training" in the Insanity series. Mildly concerned, only due to my calves still being very very sore.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
