Went to Iroquois park today with my lovely wife! We had coffee at Starbucks because Sister Bean was too crowded due to the breast cancer walk. Then we hiked through the park for a couple of hours and took in the great scenery and perfect weather! Awesome!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
