Day 3 of egg fast. And no I did not really eat 1189 cal for breakfast. I just made a Egg Fast egg salad and entered it all under breakfast but I will actually eat it throughout the day
226.3 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 58.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
