Shot the moon yesterday. The Dell luncheon blew the 'diet' out of the water by a longshot and I continued with my normal routine into the evening which was completely unnecessary. Oh well. I got protein out the wazoo and almost no weight gain to speak of. I am starting to think the major weight gains I see some days are the result of late night eating which I don't process by morning.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
