명절시작이라 체중관리에 신경써야했는데
주말에 열심히 먹었더니 또 올랐네
근데 그분이 오셔서 더욱 NOooooooooㅜㅜ
123.5 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
