Wow okay that is interesting down 2 pounds this morning and home scale is reading 20.5% body fat. I didn't test my ketones first thing but I was registering slight trace ketones at best.

On another note, coach asked me to show to pissing practice today at 4 pm. This is getting a little real now. I can't post 100% yet as my abdominals are still tight and it's hard to truly hit the poses. But since I haven't had ANY practice it will be nice to pretend to be on stage after nearly 2 years.
119.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
