Pretty sure this is another weight low point. My last few days have been pretty poor eating on my behalf. Low protein, low everything. Not so bueno. Luckily the recovery week is a light workout.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
