Yesterday I had a compensation day (because I had a carb binge night before after a bbq ) with an apple in the morning + 1 %milkcoffee, lunch: pear and milkcoffee and salmon veggies dinner. . Today I'm continuing the SB and no kids around so no excuse not to get MOVING!
134.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
